·
Streamline Logistics: Simplifying the supply chain will lead to faster delivery times and reduced handling costs.
We see that your work will address areas like:
·
Benchmarking similar business areas to investigate direct ship initiative.
·
Dealer input: Survey / interview to collect customer interest.
·
Collaborate with our manufacturers to establish direct shipping protocols.
·
Logistics Systems:
Modify or update logistics and inventory management systems to support direct shipping.
Investigate best logistic set-up: minimum order quantity, shipping quantity etc.
You will work closely with stakeholders in Purchasing and Supply Chain functions and have access to data in our systems.
