Senior Software Engineer (Tech Lead) 

 

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to take on the role of Tech Lead in our Stable Team in Gothenburg. If you enjoy leading technical direction, mentoring others, and building robust, scalable solutions in a modern Microsoft-based tech stack, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.

 

About the Team & the Product
You will join the Stable Team, a cross-functional development team located in Gothenburg. The team is responsible for a critical application in the production logistics domain, currently under active development. Our goal is to deliver a stable, scalable, and future‑proof solution that supports smooth logistics operations across the business.

Technology Stack
-    Backend services developed with .NET
-    Dynamic frontend built using React
-    Hosted and managed on Microsoft Azure
-    SQL-based data storage
-    Designed with a cloud-native, modular, and scalable architecture

 

What you’ll do
-    Lead technical design, architectural decisions, and overall solution direction.
-    Develop high‑quality, maintainable backend services using .NET.
-    Build modern and user-friendly interfaces with React.
-    Ensure strong cloud foundations using Azure, including CI/CD and DevOps practices.
-    Collaborate closely with product owners, UX, developers, and stakeholders.
-    Guide and mentor engineers in best practices, development patterns, and coding standards.
-    Drive continuous improvement in code quality, testing, and performance.
-    Analyze complex technical challenges and propose sustainable solutions. 
-    Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap of the application.

What you bring
-    Senior-level experience in software development with .NET.
-    Proven experience as a Tech Lead or senior engineer taking technical ownership.
-    Hands-on experience with React or modern frontend frameworks.
-    Strong understanding of Azure cloud services and cloud architecture.
-    Solid knowledge of SQL databases, including schema design and queries.
-    Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.
-    A proactive mindset with a passion for building stable, scalable, and high‑quality solutions.

 

Nice to have
-    Experience in production or logistics systems.
-    Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
