Job description

Primary task – Supplies Coordination:

 

·  Daily Monitor the deliveries from Suppliers according to call off and act on deviations(Short supplies and delayed deliveries)
·  Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, order confirmations and discrepancies
·  Tracking inbound shipments and reviewing with Production Logistics for improving delivery performance.
·  Assist in resolving delivery and Quality issues.
·  Monitor daily MRP Alarms and take necessary actions.
·  Monitor and correct error ASN Idoc’s in SAP.
·  Update MRP parameters time to time.
·  Work with ECN coordinator and plan Phase IN and Phase OUT, with ZERO Obsolescence.
·  Manage deviations swiftly and take decisions in most efficient way in order to minimize risk of disturbances.
·  Work with Plan buying team/Purchasing for Material supply lead time reduction and MoQ/Std. Qty. corrections on time to time basis.
·  Visiting suppliers on need based and reviewing the Performances.

 

Inventory Management:

 

·  Monitor and Maintain accurate Levels as per the Norms.
·  Monitor and review of Long lead parts (Tier 2 supplied parts), report and take corrective actions swiftly if any abnormality observed.
·  Improving the Material Availability at line side.
·  Continuous improvement towards improving Inventory turns.
·  Monitoring and taking corrective actions for OSMI Parts.

 

Logistics:

 

·  Coordinate with Production Logistics (GTO) to ensure Optimum delivery time.
·  Working on Improvement for Sustainable transport solution.
·  Work closely with PL to bring Cost Optimization.

   

Data Analysis:

 

·  Monitoring and reviewing Late order lines and taking corrective actions.
·  Monitoring Supplier DP and working with Purchasing to improve  Delivery Precision.
·  Reviewing Inventory levels and working towards optimizing Inventory and improving material flow.
