We are currently looking for a Project Assurance Manager (PAM) to straighten our team!
The role
The Project Assurance Manager (PAM) ensures project quality assurance by adhering to proven project management principles in accordance with the DVP Project handbook. The PAM supports electromobility product projects to meet customer demands and organizational KPIs, maintaining an objective view of the project.
In the role of PAM, your key responsibility will be to ensure program quality. This includes creating, updating, and following up on the Project Assurance Plan, as well as planning project gates and milestones.
For project risk management, you will create a risk plan, communicate risks, and lead action plans. You will ensure that project management processes are used, guide team members, and manage non-conformances.
Monitor project progress involves identifying deviations and taking action using performance indicators (PIs). You will create the Project Management Plan with the teams input and ensure that project documentation is updated and follows DVP requirements. Capturing and using lessons learned to improve processes and propose improvements is also part of your role.
To excel in this role, you need to have experience in project assurance management and time plan work. You should be able to assume leadership for assigned tasks and possess a solid understanding of development projects, with experience in Electromobility being an advantage. Fostering team spirit within the project management team is crucial, as is the ability to engage others and work cross-functionally. Proactive efforts to secure delivery are essential.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent experience. They should also have a background in project management and experience working in a global organization, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
