In this role you will:

 

·  Develop Conversational AI Solutions : Build, train, and deploy chatbots and virtual assistants using platforms such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or other similar tools.
·  NLP/NLU Integration : Design and implement natural language understanding (NLU) systems to improve the AI’s ability to comprehend and process human language.
·  Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams : Work closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure AI solutions align with user needs and business goals.
·  Data Analysis and Optimization : Analyze interaction data to continuously refine the performance and accuracy of AI models.
·  Training & Customization : Train the AI models using various data sets and adapt to changing user behavior or business needs.
·  Performance Monitoring : Track KPIs like response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction to measure the success of implemented AI solutions.
·  Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest advancements in conversational AI technologies and apply innovative ideas to improve existing systems.

You will be a good fit if you have

·  Bachelor’s in computer science engineering or AI & ML or Data Science, or a related field.
·  3+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying conversational AI applications.
·  Proficiency in NLP and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
·  Experience with chatbot platforms such as Dialogflow, Watson Assistant, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
·  Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
·  Familiarity with REST APIs and integrating external data sources into AI systems.
·  Solid understanding of linguistics and natural language processing (NLP).
·  Strong knowledge and experience on Azure AI components.

Additionally nice to have

·  Experience working with multilingual conversational AI.
·  Familiarity with tools like Rasa, Azure Q&A Maker, Copilot or Kore.ai.
·  Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
·  Knowledge of speech recognition technologies.
·  Experience with machine learning algorithms and data pipelines.

Ability to work in agile and fast-paced environments.

 

The location for the position is Bangalore (BLR).
