Solicitamos:  Practicante de Proveedores.

 

Actividades Principales:

·  Seguimiento de pedidos, compras, facturación y reclamos de los distintos programas existentes.
·  Gestionar la comunicación con distribuidores y proveedores.
·  Soporte comercial al equipo regional.
·  Solicitud de pedidos a los distintos proveedores para mantener la entrega de material a nuestros distribuidores para abastecer las refacciones necesarias al cliente final.
·  Generar los reportes requeridos por las áreas.
·  Seguimiento a correos de facturas de proveedores, cancelaciones y recepción de solicitudes.

 

Requisitos: 

 

Escolaridad:  Recién Egresados  en  Lic. en Administración de Empresas, Contaduría, Informática Administrativa.

 

Software:  Paquetería Microsoft Office 365.

 

Idioma:  Inglés Intermedio.

 

Lugar de trabajo:  Santa Fe, CDMX.
