Parts Delivery Driver - Reading

 

£12 per hour (40 hrs per week)

 

Monday to Friday 0800hrs to 1700hrs (1 hr unpaid lunch)

 

Volvo Truck and Bus Reading are seeking a dedicated Parts Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts to our customers, enhancing our customer service, and supporting our workshop operations. If you enjoy driving and are passionate about customer service, this role is for you!

 

What you will do

·  Organise your route, loading and delivery of parts meeting customer requirements
·  Collect/exchange unwanted parts as and when requested, documenting and checking condition
·  Ensure customer orders are taken and supplied to the correct specification
·  Ensure company vehicles are clean, tidy and legally maintained in line with Volvo Dealer operating standards
·  Ensure all parts and old units are returned/labelled and packed properly with relevant paperwork
·  Actively build good customer relationships

 

What you will need

·  valid full UK driving licence
·  ability to undertake manual handling
·  experience of customer services along with delivery driving
