Job Description

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Tester, you will be part of a global team, collaborating with Project Managers, Architects, core team members, and several members of the leadership team, in the design and implementation of a new Common Case Management Platform for the Volvo Group. You will work in an environment focused on cross-functionality, inclusion, value creation and innovation, promoting an agile mindset and ways of working, with our internal network of employees and external partners, across all areas of the Volvo Group.

Who are you?
You are a seasoned Dynamics 365 CRM tester (5+ years) who understands business challenges and can effectively propose technology solutions. You are a solid professional communicator with personal skills to make positive impact within the team.

Required Competencies:

1.Experience into designing, developing and executing the testcases
2. Experience in automating the Web application with Automation tools such as  Selenium with C# or Java 
3. Experience into System testing, UAT , Regression testing and E2E Testing.
4.Having experiecnce in bug reporting , tracking and bug Re-testing. 
5. Having good knowledge in writing xpaths, Locating elements 
6. Good knowledge using Frameworks such as Easy Repo/BDD cucumber(Good to have)
7.Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming languages like C# 
8.Knowledge of Visual Studio or any other IDE 
9.Good knowledge of SQL and Relational Database management systems
10.Solid and in-depth knowledge of CRM processes gained within complex projects
11.Skills on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Configuration, Customization, Development & Integration 
12.Skills on CRM processes in Manufacturing (Good to Have)
13.Skills on at least two modules of the CRM suite (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) 
14.Experience in Power Platform native components and Software Delivery.
15.Experience on Azure components (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure API Management, etc.,)
16.Knowledge of Waterfall / DevOps / Agile methodologies
17. Ability to work in a team effectively.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
