JR Business Controller

What you will do

As a JR Business Controller, you will:

·  Work as a true business partner, focused on the Customer Solutions area, in order to drive and support financial business performance, risk management and value creation;
·  Understand and map policies and procedures impacting Customer Solutions results and work on improvement initiatives;
·  Perform an active role in supporting the CustomerSolutions area in new business models;
·  Analyze and follow up of financial and operational performance to support management teams and propose and drive corrective actions;
·  Provide management and business with various ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support strategic and tactical decision making;
·  Perform closing activities connected to the Customer Solutions area;

In this role, you will bring

·  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
·  Advanced Excel knowledge is mandatory
·  Knowledge in PowerApps
·  Experience with Blackline 
·  Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese (Spanish fluency is a plus)
·  Familiarity with broader accounting operations and conciliations
·  Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and demanding environment
·  High adaptability in virtual and cross-cultural environments
·  Good communicator
