Volvo Trucks Sales Area Central East and East (SA VTECE) is one of 7 Sales Areas in Volvo Trucks and is responsible for our operations in 29 European countries where we sell and distribute Volvo Trucks through our own direct sales organization, and where retail is our core business.
Volvo Ukraine is part of the Volvo Trucks Europe Central East & East Sales Area. Our organization has in total approx. 75 employees engaged in both importer and retail (dealer) activities. We are the distributor of Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks brands in Ukraine and are responsible to operate one fully owned and nine private workshops serving both Volvo & Renault Trucks.
We are now looking for a Human Resources Manager. A people-oriented leader, with strong knowledge in change management and building organizational culture, as well as experience and proficiency in local labor legislation, Human Resources (HR) administration and compliance. The main activities are:
· convert business plans and strategies into aligned HR plans and actions
· ensure that HR processes operate at a high level of quality and effectiveness
· provide support and guidance to managers in HR processes, policies and practices including training and competence development
· be an active ambassador of our values and company culture
· motivate and engage our employees to grow, progress and develop
Qualifications:
· University degree in Human Resources or equivalent
· Minimum of 3-5 years HR Specialist work experience
· Good knowledge and understanding of both operational and strategic HR processes
· Expertise in local labor legislation
· Experience from driving recruitment processes, change management initiatives and employee engagement surveys
· Experience from working in HR and Payroll systems; specifically beneficial with systems as: 1C, ZUP, electronic document flow, Navigator, SAP Success Factors
· Strong communicator with good English command, verbal and written
· Retail business understanding is a merit
As a member of the management team, you will be reporting to the Managing Director.
