Are you ready to take on an extraordinary opportunity? Join our dynamic organization and lead the way as the Vice President (Head of) Supply Network Quality Powertrain and Fossil-free materials.
At SNQ we evaluate, quality assure and improve our new and existing supply partners before sourcing, in projects and during running production. We are also actively engaged in customer product issues – all with a zero defects mindset.
In this position, you will:
• Oversee operational SNQ activities in Europe for the Powertrain business.
• Manage supply chain partners delivering to Powertrain plants in Europe, ensuring quality performance.
• Oversee a large department located in both France and Sweden. The department consists of approximately 60 individuals and you will have six direct report managers.
• Actively participate in the SNQ Management team, driving strategic initiatives and business plans for the global SNQ organization.
• Engage in strategic and operational purchasing activities as part of the European Powertrain Purchasing management team.

To be successful in this position we believe that:
• You have a documented experience within engineering, purchasing or manufacturing.
• You have several years of experience developing and leading global teams
• You possess deep knowledge and experience within quality assurance in the automotive industry or similar
• You have a high ambition combined with a strong drive, a can-do mind-set, a hands-on attitude and an ability to drive many initiatives in parallel.
• You have a University degree in Engineering
• You are a strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills
