Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move goods through cities. 

The role you could fill:

The Charging Infrastructure Specialist will be responsible for the planning, installation, maintenance, and optimization of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, scalable, and cost-effective charging solutions for electric vehicle networks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and improving the overall user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, experience with EV charging technologies, and a commitment to advancing sustainable transportation solutions.

 

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-    Infrastructure Planning and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess locations, analyze site feasibility, and design optimal layouts for EV charging stations, taking into consideration electrical load, space, and local regulations.
-    Installation and Commissioning: Manage or oversee the installation of EV charging stations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with national and local electrical codes. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
-    Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Implement regular maintenance protocols and troubleshoot issues with EV charging stations to minimize downtime and improve  reliability.
-    Technical Support and Training: Provide support to end-users, field technicians, and internal teams on the technical aspects of EV charging equipment, software interfaces, and energy management systems.
-    Compliance and Standards: Ensure all installations adhere to industry standards, safety guidelines, and local codes. Stay up-to-date on the latest regulatory and technological developments in EV charging infrastructure.
-    Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor charging station performance, usage patterns, and power consumption data to optimize system efficiency. Generate reports and insights to guide strategic infrastructure planning.
-    Sustainability and Innovation: Explore emerging technologies, renewable energy integration,

•    Background with E-mobility would be a plus.

•    Act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support.
•    Fluent English and French 

    
Qualifications 

•    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications in EV infrastructure or related areas are a plus.
•    Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in EV charging infrastructure, electrical engineering, energy management, or a similar role.
•    Technical Skills:
•    In-depth knowledge of EV charging technology, including Level 2 and DC fast charging equipment.
•    Familiarity with electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC) and safety standards.
•    Experience with charging station software, energy management systems, and data analytics tools
