CSR Apprentice - Ipswich
Salary up to £20k dependent upon skill set and experience
Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1700hrs (1/2 hr unpaid lunch)

Be trained to a high level of morale and focus to ensure the highest possible levels of efficiency, quality of workmanship and production finish in order to sustain growth in customer confidence in the service provided by the Dealer point.
What you will do
Joining a dealer point where the repair and maintenance of trucks takes place. A CSR apprentice over a two year period, you will be responsible for working towards being the key point of contact for the customer, keeping them updated through each stage of the Volvo service process.
With training you will be responsible for :
· Be a customer contact and point of reference for the Dealerpoint
· Confirm and plan details of planned visits with customers in advance
· Load Workshop schedule to maximise capacity utilisation
· Maintain customer contact information in workshop planner
· Ensure all MOT appointments are planned and communicated to customers and VOSA
· Manage bookings for courtesy cars
· Produce and explain invoice to customer at point of vehicle collection
Who are you?
We require you to have Level 4 or above in Math and English/functional skills level 2
