What you will do
Job Summary :
Planning coordinator
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
· Daily communication with Sales Regions & Volvo logistics
· Order maintenance: receive and confirm in time
· Coordination on the order change
· Coordination on the machine export arrangement
· Coordination on the machine delivery
· Operation and maintain MOM system: keep timeliness and accuracy
· Planning & reports
· File shipment documents
· Monthly stock verification
· Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the department head

Professional Experience
Experience on planning or logistics
Personal Qualifications
· Knowledge： 1 or 2 years working on related working flied . Good knowledge of products
· Skills： Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. Ability of problem solving and analysis. Familiar working on office soft.
· Possess core competencies of Volvo
Education
Junior college’s degree in industrial engineering
Languages Requirement
Good English speaking and writing skill
