You will join the Sales Area Europe team in Lyon, responsible for coordinating and leading the local teams. It values authentic leadership, responsibility and empowerment of people. You will contribute to the animation and collaborate with various People & Culture centers of expertise of the Group (Total reward, Recruitment, People Services, Legal, etc.).
About the role
As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to be part of our team and the European People & Culture network, and to participate in the company's HR activities. Here is an overview of your main responsibilities
· HR projects: Contribute to the implementation of strategic projects, such as pay transparency and the deployment of new training programs, or legal or contractual adjustments.
· Operational and HR support: Help in the daily missions of the P&C Business Partners (working documents, presentations, reports, etc.), or by supporting our managers (support with tools, recruitment of work-study students or interns, etc.).
· People & Culture Process Animation: Participate in bringing key processes such as performance management and skills development to life.
· Events: Help organize onboarding days, manager training, and events around our Diversity & Inclusion policy.
· Communication and continuous improvement: Participate in the animation of the People & Culture network and help integrate artificial intelligence into our activities.
· Health and Safety: Collaborate with our Health and Safety Manager on topics related to health, safety, and the work environment.
As this list is not exhaustive, you will be able to participate on other aspects of the People & Culture function and take part in projects throughout your mission, according to the Group's updates and French legislative developments.

You are ideally preparing for a master’s degree in human resources (university, business school) and are looking for a one-year generalist work-study mission.
· In this role, you will bring the following qualities: dynamism and proactivity, sense of confidentiality, rigor and organization.
· You have good team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
· You are committed to touching on multiple subjects in a generalist mission.
· Your analytical skills, your curiosity and your involvement will allow you to learn from us.
· You must have a professional level of French and English that will allow you to exchange orally and in writing with colleagues from our international organization.
· You are comfortable with the most common IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, collaborative tools, etc.).
