What you will do
We are looking for an Agile Product Owner to join our Diagnostic Data Engineering team within Aftermarket Technology North America - is it you?
Product Owners play a pivotal role in driving the Aftermarket Technology group’s initiatives. They oversee delivery, maintain the team backlog, manage risks and blockers, coordinate dependencies, and interface directly with Product and Project Management to ensure alignment and progress.

As an Agile Product Owner in Diagnostics, you will join a dynamic, fast-paced team. Your role will involve overseeing team activities and deliverables, analyzing data, and contributing to technical solution design and strategy. Strong prioritization and leadership skills are crucial, as you will be accountable for guiding team activities, tracking progress, and ensuring the delivery of key outcomes, including:
· Prioritize and manage the team's backlog, facilitating ongoing discussions to align on features and initiatives to be developed.
· Define Program Increment (PI) objectives and guide sprint planning by shaping iteration content through well-prioritized user stories.
· Actively contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps, long-term vision, and the program-level backlog.

• Bachelor’s in electrical, mechanical, physics, computer, software, automotive engineering.
• Experience in heavy duty vehicle repair, diagnostics and maintenance or in the development of heavy-duty vehicle products.
• Knowledge in agile software development techniques.
• Experience in a global, cross-functional work environment.
• Strong focus on delivering value to the end users and customers.
