VINCI Construction Terrassement Grands Projets is a leading player in the earthworks sector. Our company brings together all of the businesses involved in building infrastructure and regional development, of which earthworks are the backbone, including standard engineering structures and drainage.

VINCI Construction Terrassement Grands Projets manages major projects in France and abroad, where it is particularly present in Europe, North America, Latin America and Africa.

In Germany, we are in charge of the new four-lane construction of the B247 between Mühlhausen and Bad Langensalza (24 km in total). This PPP project started in October 2021 and will be completed in 2025. In the course of this major project, we are strengthening the most important traffic route in north-western Thuringia.

We are looking for a Health, Safety & Quality Manager M/F to join our team!

Your tasks :

Implementing legal & internal requirements for occupational safety and health protection

Carrying out site inspections and safety checks on systems, equipment and site installations

Implement and update risk assessments

Process fire protection concepts, safety and occupational safety concepts

Determine work accident indicators and process statistics

Analyse and manage internal quality assurance

Ensuring legal and internal quality requirements

Monitoring and managing projects in the area of quality assurance documentation and processes (work instructions, process control plans, quality manual)

Participate in the development, optimisation and implementation of the company's internal quality management system

Leading internal training courses and regularly updating materials and documentation

Desired profile

Your Profile :

• Graduated in Quality, Health and Safety at work
• You have several years of professional experience in the technical field or in construction
• You are at ease with office automation and all common software
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibility
• Knowledge of German is absolutely necessary (minimum B1) together with the practice of English
• Knowledge of French could be an advantage
