VINCI Construction Terrassement Grands Projets is a leading player in the earthworks sector. Our company brings together all of the businesses involved in building infrastructure and regional development, of which earthworks are the backbone, including standard engineering structures and drainage.

VINCI Construction Terrassement Grands Projets manages major projects in France and abroad, where it is particularly present in Europe, North America, Latin America and Africa.

In Germany, we are in charge of the new four-lane construction of the B247 between Mühlhausen and Bad Langensalza (24 km in total). This PPP project started in October 2021 and will be completed in 2025. In the course of this major project, we are strengthening the most important traffic route in north-western Thuringia.

Your tasks

• Implementation and further development of continuous construction cost controlling
• Budgeting of the individual project phases including subsequent target/actual tracking
• Identification of deviations and initiation of countermeasures
• Reporting and documentation to support decision-making at management level
• Carrying out costing for the individual trades
• Checking incoming invoices and tracking the relevant budgets
• Coordination and interface with accounting (creditors, debtors)

Desired profile

Your Profile

• Business administration degree or comparable qualifications.
• Several years of professional experience in the construction industry is an advantage
•  Good MS-Office skills and competence in an accounting and calculation programme (preferably RIB iTWO) are desirable
• Self-initiative, self-motivation and an independent and efficient way of working
• Solution-oriented and analytical way of thinking, very good understanding of numbers
• Confident, reliable, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
•  Fluent oral and written German, good command of English
•  Knowledge of French is an advantage
