Job Description
Reporting to the Project Coordinator Content and the Associate Producer, you will work with a project management team and your tasks will be the following ones :
· Assist the team with organizational matters (meeting minutes, workshop preparation, documentation);
· Take part in production management and updating project tracking tools;
· Participate in setting up team events (Team Time, Team Building, game testing area, etc.);
· Coordinate between internal production teams and external teams within Ubisoft on various topics;
· Organize internal playtests on game content and features;
· As part of the project team, you will have daily contact with all the team's departments in France and abroad;
· Ad hoc assignments depending on current events and project phases.
Qualifications
· As a graduate student, you have a good understanding of producing and strong organizational skills
· Fluent written and spoken English is essential;
· As a good communicator, you demonstrate responsiveness and proactivity;
· Familiarity with various project methodologies (agile) and the tools used to implement them (Jira, Confluence, Miro) is a plus;
· A strong interest in pop-culture and video games is highly appreciated.
