Ubisoft Belgrade was established in 2016 and focuses on strengthening Ubisoft's presence on multiple platforms – PC and consoles. Our studio has contributed to multiple AAA brands, including Assassin's Creed, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon, Steep, The Crew, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six, Riders Republic, Avatar and Skull & Bones.

Job Description

What you will do:

·  Align people requirements with business needs and development
·  Support and coach line managers in their implementation of the core people processes
·  Develop HR policies and procedures to drive performance and achieve business results
·  Manage HR budget
·  Connect and network with the HR Managers of the other studios as well as with the Expertise Centers (Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Rewards) to ensure continuous improvement of our overall HR work and a constant employee experience within Ubisoft Belgrade
·  Lead and develop local HR team

Qualifications

What you bring:

·  Proven HR generalist experience of three to five years
·  Line Management experience
·  Excellent organizational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of Serbian employment legislation and its application
·  Proactive team player with strong customer service and problem-solving skills
·  Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial
·  Ability to develop and maintain a network of collaborators
·  Comfortable working with databases and reporting tools
·  Fluent in Serbian and proficient in English
