We are seeking an Internal Content Manager to be part of our ambitious and friendly Global Employee Communications team. Our team's purpose is to build trust and understanding in our shared direction.  Our mission is to ensure good communication flow and deliver relevant, planned and inspirational communications to engage and retain talent.    

As our Internal Content Manager ,

·  You will be the owner of our global internal editorial calendar and a key contributor to our global internal communications channels. You will execute our editorial strategy by creating, sourcing and proofreading content from our global internal communications network .
·  You will oversee our two main platforms for global internal communications, the news sections of our global intranet and our global biweekly newsletter. You will be in charge of building an engaging editorial calendar, keeping the intranet’s news section updated, and creating the newsletter.

You will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Global Employee Communications team, Corporate Communications, the Ubisoft Communications network around the world, and Global Publishing. Additionally, you will have an intern (alternant) reporting to you.   

Your responsibilities:  

· 
Own the news section of our intranet and our global internal newsletter. 

· 
Create content for our internal communications channels  

· 
Build and execute the editorial calendar for our intranet and our global internal newsletter, ensuring alignment with the rest of the Global Employee Comms, Corporate Comms team, Global Publishing, and other stakeholders  

· 
Develop content strategies and proactively propose tactics and content in collaboration with senior team members to align with our global goals  

· 
Liaise closely with our large communication network to better leverage the wealth of materials produced across our organisation     

· 
Use analytics to track success and develop recommendations for the way forward

·  Solid experience in journalism and content production, with a track record of successful contributions (your skills and willingness to learn are more important than the exact number of years under your belt)  
·  Excellent news sense and journalistic instinct  
·  Solid understanding of employee communications and the ability to curate versatile communications to our digital platforms  
·  Highly proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to craft content for different audiences with clarity and purpose  
·  Strong project management skills

For you to succeed in this role, you must

·  Be passionate about producing content for a global audience 
·  Be driven, self-motivated and initiative taker   
·  Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, proactive to connect with stakeholders and collaborators across studios 
·  Have a positive attitude with a desire to work collaboratively with others   
·  Have an ability to work under pressure and managing conflicting priorities and deadlines  from stakeholders. 
·  Have a passion for contributing to a great employee experience

Recruitment process 

[30 minutes]: Phone call with a Recruiter
[60 minutes]: Visio interview with Director of Global Communications & Associate Director of Internal Communications 
Test: Home-Assignment 
[60 minutes]: You will present your case during a final one-hour visio interview with Associate Director of Internal communications and a team member.
