As a project manager, you will be joining a team from Ubisoft's IT department, specifically the Ubisoft Data Office. You will work closely with IT and game production teams based all around the world.

Your team will focus on several key mandates: tracking projects and initiatives within the domain, coordinating cross-functional operational initiatives, ensuring alignment and implementing best practices, supporting resource and team activity optimization, and bridging the gap with Game Analytics teams to meet their IT needs.

You'll have the opportunity to work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously. Also, you'll be responsible for completing various projects to meet the needs of our internal IT clients. Additionally, you'll gather requirements and needs from them while collaborating with technical experts to propose various solutions.

Responsibilities:

·  Manage a project from defining the scope to closure, including budget development and monitoring and reporting to management.
·  Be accountable for project activities, budget, and schedule management ensuring quality, delivery, and continuous practice improvement.
·  Define and execute project communication plans.
·  Monitor key project performance indicators and obtain standard deliverables for project management.
·  Collaborate with business analysts to identify and consolidate stakeholder needs and validate project deliverables.
·  Draft best practice guides, develop and implement alignment processes within the domain.
·  Evaluate client satisfaction, promote services, and ensure consistent outcomes for clients.
·  Advanced knowledge in project management, including PMP and/or Waterfall, as well as an understanding of Agile Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
·  Basic IT skills—having business analysis knowledge would be a plus.
·  Excellent management, negotiation, leadership, priority, and stress management, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, and transparency skills to successfully complete projects.
·  Ability to communicate effectively at different levels and convince diverse audiences, acting as a communicator and mediator within multidisciplinary teams.
·  Proactivity in problem-solving, attention to detail to detect and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
