Ubisoft Film & Television’s mission is to bring Ubisoft’s award-winning games into new areas of entertainment and to create original stories set in the world, culture, and community of gaming.

The division has a slate of IP-based and original film and TV projects in various stages of development and production, including the films “Tom Clancy’s The Division” (Netflix), “Rabbids” (Lionsgate), “Just Dance” (Screen Gems), the independent feature “Werewolves Within,” the current series “Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet” (Apple TV+) and “Rabbids Invasion” (season 4 on Netflix) among others.

Ubisoft Los Angeles is looking to hire a Facilities coordinator in our Culver City office reporting to the Director of Finance & Accounting.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and has a passion for running an office. 

The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills to be able to work effectively with employees of all levels. Being proactive and positive in a fast-paced environment will make this candidate successful. 

·  Responsible for the facilities day to day operations (such as distributing building access keys, parking validation, back-up to security access, respond to the intercom, etc.)
·  Manage office mail, package delivery
·  Provide daily support for all office needs (conference room setups, A/V, phone issues, etc.) and maintain workplace safety, comfort, and functionality
·  Supervise the Janitorial crew and plants attendants of the office
·  Notify the management and provide support for any facility repairs and needs
·  Order office supplies, stock office snacks/beverages, running various errands
·  Keep on track of employee and office equipment
·  Assist the management with contract and price negotiations with vendors for the office, service providers and building management, taking care of bills/invoices
·  Liaise with the IT department in San Francisco office on all office equipment, ensure and help troubleshoot computer issues for employees
·  Serve as a liaison to Landlord community manager and security service,
·  Be available on-call to act as the main contact for security and office alarms during the weekend and after working hours
·  Onboard new hires by setting up their workstations with computer equipment and other supplies, preparing for their arrival and welcoming them on the first day, sending building access and parking instructions, etc
·  Offboard employees by collecting the equipment, building, and parking access keys
·  Organize team events (team building, birthdays, etc.) and assist with business events
·  Must be flexible and able to multi-task to accommodate ever changing schedules and the needs of the business
·  Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive to resolve things as they come up in a timely manner
·  Polished, poised and have excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Must have some basic computer knowledge, familiar with PCs/Macs, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc. and be able and willing to learn other software and troubleshoot computer issues as needed.
·  Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are required
·  A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements will be appreciated
·  1-2 years’ experience of proven experience as a facilities coordinator, or similar role, in a fast-paced environment
·  Bachelor’s degree preferred
·  Must have a car and valid driver’s license to be able to run errands

Ubisoft Los Angeles is a division of French global video game publisher and developer Ubisoft and was created to develop Ubisoft’s hit franchises for film and television under Ubisoft Motion Pictures.  Ubisoft Motion Pictures was created in January 2011 to expand the audience of Ubisoft’s successful video game brands by bringing them to film, television, and Web series.  In addition to the Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon film, the studio is also partnering with New Regency on the upcoming films based on the Assassin’s Creed and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell franchises, and had produced the Rabbids TV series, a collection of 78 seven-minute CGI episodes based on the insane stars of the video game franchise of the same name in partnership with France Televisions and Nickelodeon.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $66,500 - $68,000 with a 5% bonus potential.
