Within a team in charge of hosting vendor management and financial optimization of our hosting costs, you will drive  the relationship between Ubisoft IT and its hosting providers. Also, you will act between our internal customers and our providers, with the objective of optimizing our processes, contracts and quality of service, working with other teams such as architecture or service providers teams to ensure that their technical needs are met by our vendors.

You'll be responsible for ensuring the daily management of operational processes to identify problems, develop processes to address said challenges and improve the overall efficiency of Ubisoft production and IT environments.

Responsibilities:

·  Attend and drive recurring meetings with our vendors and internal customers to understand our needs and represent them;
·  Design and implement processes to monitor and track operational processes (Performance indicators, Service Level Agreement tracking);
·  Analyze current processes impacts and ensure successful integration of new processes into the production and IT teams;
·  Identify and monitor operations inefficiencies;
·  Submit solutions and / or validate the details of problem reports and recommended remediation to said problems;
·  Identify and suggest contract improvements to support procurement teams and provide our providers with a feedback loop;
·  Manage escalation process for any problems having a major impact on the course of Production or IT operations and their users;
·  Ensure that documentation and processes in place meet the needs of production and are kept up to date with the evolutions and needs of production and IT;
·  Provide input and compiling performance statistics from Productions and IT to the Service Director for service agreements;
·  Work with the various global business teams to ensure that cross department processes are maintained and optimized.

Requirements

·  Great communication skills spoken and written to different entities, business, vendors and partners.
·  Excellent client relations skills, contract management and negociation skills
·  Excellent knowledge of business process design
·  Ability to apply methods and standards to resolve complex problems and challenges
·  Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure and its working with other IT domains
