Join us in the role of Director of Brand & Marketing Communications (m/f/d), where you will spearhead the creation and execution of a compelling brand strategy across all fronts, aligning seamlessly with our global vision. As the ambassador of the o2 Brand, you will elevate its presence through strategic initiatives and engaging activities, while also overseeing brand strategy, campaign management, media buying, events, and loyalty programs.

What to expect 

·  Be open to all: This role offers the opportunity to create and execute appropriate brand strategy across all areas, in line with the global strategy by building and intensifying activities around o2 Brand
·  With a multi-brand portfolio in a constantly evolving landscape, you will navigate change with finesse, supporting our digital Telco strategy and have full responsibility for brand strategy, campaign management, media buying, events, loyalty, etc.
·  Keep it real: Steering the digital telecommunications strategy through effective brand management and brand(re)-positioning by cultivating and nurturing crucial agency partnerships, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with our targets.
·  Working closely with P&L owners, you will tell our story through the brand and strike the perfect balance between brand-building efforts and short-term tactical executions, driving both awareness and revenue.
·  Bring the spark: Leading a high-performance team, you will inspire and empower individuals to reach new heights, fostering an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and attracts top talent.

What you bring 

·  Over 10 years, you've successfully led marketing teams and projects in senior positions within marketing communication and strategy.
·  You demonstrate proven successes in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Additionally, you possess excellent knowledge of current marketing trends, technologies, and digital advancements, enabling you to execute innovative marketing strategies.
·  Your understanding of brand identity is strong, and you exhibit outstanding ability to communicate it consistently and effectively both internally and externally.
·  You bring profound experience in developing and implementing brand strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness and loyalty.
·  You have demonstrable experience in analyzing marketing data and deriving actionable insights to optimize campaigns. Moreover, you are adept at setting KPIs for continuous improvement in marketing strategy, such as leads, CLV, and MQL-to-SQL ratio.
·  With your proven experience, you adeptly adapt marketing strategies and tactics to changing market conditions and consumer trends, enabling you to swiftly respond to new challenges and opportunities with appropriate measures.
