Job description

· we offer support throughout all stages of their projects (from strategic consulting, technical assistance, and audits), to all the phases that bring a project to life (project management assistance, project management, studies, project design, assistance for operation, maintenance, training, and planning).
· Our teams work across a broad range of sectors, including hydraulic infrastructure, waste management and recovery, urban planning, mobility, energy transition, and smart/digital territories.
You will join the International Division of Suez Consulting. The International Division has a turnover of over €40M, generated in Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia . Most of the projects are financed by international donors (AFD, WB, ADB, BAD, EU, EIB, etc.), for which our teams provide engineering and consultancy services for essential services: water, waste, roads, railways, energy, the environment, urban management, etc. in developing and emerging countries.
YOUR MISSIONS :
Role and Responsibilities:
Based in Brussels , under the responsibility of the Deputy Director Framework Contracts and Multi-country Projects.
You will join a team whose role in orchestrating calls for tenders plays a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities for SUEZ Consulting and expanding our network of clients and partners. You will be in charge of:
· Handling incoming requests for services from clients’ services (European Commission, European Investment Bank, French Agency for development, etc.);
· Supporting consortium partners;
· Identifying and selecting international and local experts for proposals;
· Preparing technical and financial proposals in response to requests for services;
· Ensuring quality control of proposals submitted;
· Liaising with contracting Authorities;
· Providing inputs to weekly, monthly and annual reports, both internal and external;
· Carrying out other duties and tasks, as assigned by the Lead Manager

YOUR PROFILE
General requirement:
· General knowledge of the international cooperation environment.
· Previous experience in working with the international cooperation (preferably with EC, EIB, AfD) postMA degree (at least 3 year)
· Previous experience in implementing projects and/ or tendering under framework contracts will be considered as a plus.
Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in engineering or development cooperation topics.
Languages required:
· Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written communication) is mandatory.
· Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese will be considered as a plus.
Required technical Skills:
· Analytical and writing skills are essential.
· Good knowledge of Outlook and MS Office, including proven experience in working with Word, Excel, Power Point.
Required behavior Skills:
· You are an organized person with good interpersonal skills.
· You are capable to work with tight deadlines.
· You pay attention to detail (technical deliverables and budgetary rigor).
