What you will be doing

About SUEZ
SUEZ is a global leader in the water and waste management sectors. We have been operating for over 160 years, employing more than 45,000 people across 40 countries — all united by one common objective: to protect our resources and improve the quality of life wherever we operate.

In Australia, SUEZ provides access to drinking water for over 14 million Australians and wastewater treatment services for a further 3.5 million. Our core services include Design & Build, Operations & Maintenance, Build Own Operate & Transfer (BOOT), and a range of partnership models.

We support flexible working arrangements, prioritise wellbeing, and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and career development.

Purpose of the Role
Do you enjoy being the trusted backbone behind a high-performing executive team, ensuring everything runs seamlessly even when priorities shift?

SUEZ is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Corporate, providing high-level, hands-on support to the Senior Executive Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role focused on enabling executive effectiveness through proactive coordination, exceptional organisation, and trusted administrative support.

Working closely with senior executives, you will manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure leaders are fully prepared in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll anticipate needs, balance competing priorities, and handle last-minute changes with professionalism, discretion, and calm confidence. The role is supported by an Office Manager and has a strong focus on diary management, travel coordination, and overall executive support.

This position is based at our Rhodes Corporate Head Office, with 4 days working onsite and 1 day per week working from home to support focused administrative tasks.

About the Role
This role is designed for a high level partner who understands that executive time is the most valuable asset in the company. You will serve as the strategic engine for our Senior Executive Leadership Team and ensure they operate at peak performance. Your mission is to bring structure and clarity to a fast moving environment by acting as a bridge between vision and execution. You do not simply manage a diary because you are an architect of time, you apply sound judgment to balance competing priorities and you fiercely protect the focus time required for deep work.
You take full ownership of the environment surrounding our leaders. You coordinate meetings from end to end and ensure that every agenda is tight, and every pre-read is polished. When it comes to global movement, you manage domestic and international travel seamlessly. You handle complex itineraries and last-minute changes with a level of precision that allows the leadership team to remain focused entirely on outcomes.

Beyond the logistics you are a trusted extension of the executive office. You manage sensitive correspondence and maintain accurate records while treating discretion as a core principle. You engage with senior internal and external stakeholders as a confident and professional point of contact. You also drive the rhythm of the business by coordinating leadership cadences and key reporting timelines. By ensuring continuity and follow through on every deliverable, you become the essential force that keeps our organisation moving forward.

About You
This role will suit an experienced Executive Assistant with approximately 3–5 years’ experience supporting senior executives within a multinational or ASX-listed organisation. You bring a polished corporate presence, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a calm, solutions-focused approach when operating in high-pressure environments.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities, with strong capability across the Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools. Success in the role will be supported by your high level of emotional intelligence, flexibility, and ability to work effectively with diverse leadership styles. You are approachable yet professional, demonstrate sound judgement and discretion, and are comfortable providing support outside standard business hours when required due to the international nature of the business.
