VOTRE MISSION 

 

Integrated into the mergers and acquisitions team, the intern will have the following main missions:

·  Direct participation in the Group's financial operations (acquisitions, disposals, transversal operations) in an international context;
·  Valuation and financial modeling work;
·  Preparation of financial and strategic analyzes for the Group's various committees or decision-making bodies;
·  Support for the negotiation and structuring of industrial investment projects in development zones;
·  Monitoring the market and active players in the fields of water, sanitation and waste;
·  Provide support in structuring the M&A team.

  VOTRE PROFIL

·  Higher education: business school, engineering or university (gap, end-of-studies internship after a first experience);
·  Mastery of financial modeling and company valuation methods (previous experience in investment banking or funds is preferred);
·  Autonomy, rigor, curiosity, hard work, ability to work in a team;
·  Fluent French and English essential;
·  Remote work position: SUEZ maintains a balance between professional and private life, this position is open to remote work.
