Job description

The main responsibilities are to:
Prepare, Coordinate & Execute the process monitoring campaigns prior and during plant start-up (Raw water quality analysis campaign, setup & execution of preliminary laboratory tests such Jar Tests, Collimated Beam Tests, Colonization ramp-up etc...)
Responsible for the implementation and management of the plant internal laboratory as well as liaison with external laboratory as required.
Support instrumentation expert to ensure proper calibration and accuracy of the online sensors located at site.
Interface with Chemical external suppliers and third party laboratory for the plant
During Process Commissioning/PPP, fill the role of the Process Supervisor of the plant responsible for the process ramp-up & optimization, effluent compliance and chemical consumptions monitoring and achievement of guarantees under the guidance of the Commissioning manager

Preparation & Execution of Pre-Commissioning works
Coordinate & Execute the raw water quality campaign including liaison with external laboratories, scheduling, budget preparation, reports to Management etc..
Set Up & Conduct Preliminary laboratory tests (Jar tests, Collimated Beam tests)
Together with instrumentation expert, responsible for the proper calibration & performance of the onsite analyzers and laboratory instruments including any suppliers' liaison as may be required to maintain instruments performance.
Responsible for the plant laboratory handover from Construction, instruments set-up, daily operation & maintenance (including inventory, reagents, and consumables stock management
