YOUR ROLE

As the Real Estate (RE) expert, you will be responsible for driving and managing all RE transactions for the EMEA region, using ST's Global Real Estate (GRE) Strategy which strives to provide a safe, sustainable and environmentally sensitive space that promotes engagement, growth and innovation. As part of the GRE team, you will partner with the other region leaders and will be responsible for driving office optimization that promotes OneST.

·  Deploy and Maintain ST RE Strategy and Governance that directly aligns with ST's Business Objectives.
·  Portfolio Management - Maintain an accurate inventory of all ST sites within a 3rd party lease management platform. Collect, analyze and maintain ST RE data, monitor site utilization, efficiency, market trends and benchmarks.
·  Lease Management - Manage lease renewals, relocations, entry to new markets, market exits, mid-lease rightsizing, early terminations, subleasing and more with contracted 3rd party brokers.
·  Key Stakeholder Collaboration - Lead the Regional Committee which consists of Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, HR, Legal, IT, Security, Branding, Site Managers, Brokers and Landlords through RE and facilities transactions. Conduct regular meetings keeping all team members aware of current and future projects.
·  Promote ST Culture and Values - Ensure ST workplaces are designed to create a space that promotes collaboration, innovation, an environment that helps to retain and attract top talent starting with location, sustainability benchmarks, amenities both onsite and nearby.
·  Budget Plan, Approval and Oversite - Provide budgets for all RE projects, work with key internal and external stakeholders for approvals and manage projects at or under budget.
·  Project Management - Keep all key stakeholders and 3rd party vendors/contractors on time and on budget. Plan for contingencies and provide regular project status updates.
·  Compliance - Guarantee all ST offices are safe and healthy spaces by code and regulation adherence.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Combination of relevant education, experience and/or specialized training in facilities/property management and/or a related technical discipline.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to present in a formal setting and ability to adapt communication to articulate goals to all levels of the organization.
·  Persuasive leadership/Change management to navigate culture changes that occur with office redesigns.
·  Knowledge of commercial leasing and design; health and safety compliance.
