YOUR ROLE

As an engineer, you will be responsible in sustaining a diverse range of products and are expected to

·  Initiate COST Reduction and/or SFV and Yield improvement activities to maintain %SFV to WWS performance aligned w/ CORA
·  QUALITY - oriented, possesses Zero Defect mindset
·  SERVICE - Drive for capacity improvement projects like thru test time reduction and test flow optimization. You are also required to drive hold inventory, rate and cycle time improvement
·  Establishes regular communication with Division and Internal stakeholders
·  Performs product/test qualification and release to production of new products

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Knowledge in semiconductor testing methodology
·  Product knowledge (Automotive, Microcontrollers, Smart Power devices, Data Storage, Analog, Sensors, etc.)
·  Tester knowledge (Fusion, T2K, Accotest, Diamond-X, SPEA, Microtest, etc.)
·  Knowledge in handler operations (Instrip, gravity-fed, pick and place)
·  Statistical analysis
·  Failure Analysis and Characterization Skills
