YOUR ROLE

·  Responsible for Assembly Line in QA function.
·  Lead & manage the assembly MRB for non-conforming product lots disposition & risk assessment. Evaluation of risk assessment & minimal impact to product quality & quality risk to customer.
·  Lead internal & external team using 8D methodology, 3x5why for resolution through different channel of incidences, internally & externally.
·  Manage and support Customer Incident (CI), external excursion with timely manner when arises.
·  Actively participate in internal improvement programs to achieve excellent quality product.
·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, supply chain, NPI , etc to identify and resolve quality issues, non-conformances, meeting new production release quality deliverables.
·  Strong leadership to lead the quality program
·  Excellent in communication and teamwork skills, interpersonal skills with good engagement & collaboration.

·  Conduct internal audits, genba walk, to ensure compliance with Quality Standards & specification.
·  Participate in the operation quality programs like daily briefing, work cell & Quality campaign to promote Zero Defects mindset.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Minimum bachelor's degree in Material Science/Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electronic or related field.
·  Minimum 2 years working experience working as QA in Assembly.
·  Hands-on & proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, 8D Methodology, 3x5 Why, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA),
·  Strong knowledge in Quality System IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, automotive industry and auditing skill
·  Experience & familiarity with semiconductor process will be added advantage.
