YOUR ROLE
You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.
· Equipment Set-up and Conversion
· Machine Optimization and minor repairs supporting attainment of Maintenance KPI (OEE, MTBI, Cost)
· Special projects that will contribute improvement to assigned area
· Major repair of Pre-assy Equipment, Die attach equipment and Wirebond equipment
· Execute Machine qualifications
· Machine improvements / modification / electronic board repairs
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
· Graduate of any engineering preferably ECE, EE, ME
· With at least 3 years' experience in Assembly Process engineering in the semiconductor industry or in a similar environment.
· Familiar in SPC, DOE, FMEA and QC Tools
· An open-minded personality and passion about working in multi-functional environments.
· Must demonstrate skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
· Familiar with Assembly Process production operations, engineering evaluations, product and process simplification.
· Can communicate and with interpersonal skills, able to connect, collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders.
· Keen attention to details, both data organization and analytics.
· Knowledgeable and skilled in repairing Pre-assy machine (DISCO Wafersaw 6000 series, DISCO Grinders), Die attach machine (ASM8912, AD838, ESEC2100) and Wirebond machines (ASM Eagle60, Maxum, ICONN, ICONN+, Rapid)
· With Basic Software knowhow such as PLC, Power BI, and automation, a plus factor
· With Basic knowhow on AutoCAD and tool tolerancing
