YOUR ROLE

·  Managing a group of maintenance technicians and manufacturing specialists in Assembly Operations.
·  Oversee and supervise PM and AM activities and ensure equipment works at its highest standard.
·  To define and improve Work Instructions and Specifications for PM and AM activities.
·  Coach, mentor, train and develop technicians and manufacturing specialists to meet current and future business requirements.
·  Managing the equipment performance (MTBI, MTBF) and unscheduled down time (TUD).
·  Improving equipment up time, OEE, MTBI and MTBF.
·  Ensure all maintenance personnel adhere to safety policy and procedures.
·  Oversee spare parts stocks for Preventive Maintenance.
·  Planning, tracking, and adhering to allocated maintenance budget.
·  Looking for new ways/tools/parts to improve productivity and maintenance cost.
·  Managing plant and central improvement and automation projects related to equipment and tooling.
·  Managing equipment CMMS system, digitalization/paperless projects and Cybersecurity.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·  Bachelor's degree in engineering fields in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, E&E, or Mechatronics.
·  Preferable 2 years working experience in maintenance related fields.
·  Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
·  Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
·  Excellent leadership and management skills.
·  Excellent problem-solving skills.
·  Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and decision making.
·  Knowledge in schematic diagram, pneumatics, equipment FMEA, will be added advantage.
·  Hands on and technical know-how in equipment models of Disco laser grooving, Disco dicing saw, ASM die attach, ASM wire bond, ESEC glue die attach and K&S Cu/Au/Ag wire bond will be added advantage.
