YOUR ROLE

You will provide legal support on commercial contracts and strategic projects while also contributing to the renewal of our talent acquisition and onboarding processes. Reporting to Corporate/Regional Management, you will work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and act as a trusted advisor to the business.

Your Responsibilities:

·  Advise Corporate and Regional Management on appropriate legal steps in the implementation of strategic and ordinary business matters within the framework of the Company's activities.
·  Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and strategic agreements with clients, partners, suppliers, and external vendors in a multinational environment, with a focus on commercial transactions and risk mitigation.
·  Secure compliance with applicable worldwide, federal, and state laws, regulations, and rules while managing risk and protecting the Company from liability and claims arising from contracts or commercial dealings.
·  Draft and maintain standard agreement templates to enable efficient negotiations, ensure legal compliance in international and domestic transactions, and maximize the Company's benefit from such agreements.
·  Ensure employee awareness of Company policies and procedures, partnering with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations) to support consistent and compliant practices.
·  Provide legal support to strategic HR projects, including the renewal of talent acquisition and onboarding processes, and support the selection and management of recruitment vendors, from initial assessment through ongoing collaboration.
·  Prepare clear, concise legal communications, memoranda, and training materials for internal stakeholders.
·  Maintain high standards of quality in work, processes, products, and results; identify opportunities to improve contract management and legal processes.
·  Travel occasionally as required.

This is an Onsite role based out of ST's office in Coppell (part of the DFW area) Texas.

Qualifications:

·  Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
·  Bar membership in good standing and licensed to practice law in the U.S.
·  2–4 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department, with a focus on contract negotiation and commercial transactions.
·  Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements with clients, partners, and suppliers; experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
·  Strong understanding of federal and state laws and regulations applicable to commercial contracts; familiarity with international compliance considerations is desirable.
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non‑legal stakeholders.
·  High level of proficiency with Office365 and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and strong comfort with using tools and data in process improvement.
·  Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
