AB Tasty is a leading global digital experience optimization platform that helps businesses increase conversion rates, drive more engagement, and deliver exceptional user experiences. Our platform allows companies to optimize their websites, mobile apps, and other platforms, making it easier for users to engage with their brand. We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to reinforce our product team (+20 members).
We are seeking a Product Manager to oversee our Merch & Product Recommendations Squad, whose mission is to ensure the seamless integration of the "Merch & Product Recommendations" product within our application.
In this role, you will work closely with clients, the Customer Success team, and the Sales team to create effective links between our various features and products, including Optimization, CRO activities, product merchandising, and recommendations. This involves identifying requirements, evaluating and validating use cases for joint customers, and prioritizing your project backlog.
You will take ownership of product investments and the roadmap, focusing on achieving the team's North Star metric
As a Product Manager, you’ll also be part of our Product Management chapter (comprising 9 PMs), where you’ll exchange best practices, refine processes, and contribute innovative ideas.
Our technology stack includes BigQuery, Canny, Jira/Confluence, Mixpanel, Metabase, Grafana, Flagship, and AB Tasty (we practice what we preach!).
We utilize a variety of established frameworks to empower PMs to succeed, including Lean Design, Design Sprints, UCD, 6-week cycles, RICE, Investment Themes, Monthly Cadence, Continuous Optimization, North Star Metrics, and OKRs.
What you will do:
· Identify the most valuable and innovative projects by conducting regular meetings with clients, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders
· Discover problems and opportunities, assessing the desirability of your product.
· Define user stories, functional and technical requirements, and acceptance criteria while working alongside product design and engineering teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed solutions.
· Oversee project development by conducting QA on workflows, validating acceptance criteria and prototypes with product design, and working closely with engineers to deliver features.
· Ensure a seamless release by coordinating with internal stakeholders, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement teams on readiness activities, including product testing, internal training, rollout, and ongoing assistance.
· Develop opportunity assessments and provide detailed technical and end-user documentation.
· Act as Level 2 assistance for both internal and external users.
What we are looking for:
· You have at least 3 years of product management experience, with a SaaS product.
· You possess a solid knowledge of technical environments and programming languages, which allows you to work effectively with tech teams.
· You rely on data to inform your decisions and are comfortable using product tools and writing SQL queries.
· You maintain a strong customer focus, regularly interacting with customers to understand their needs and ensuring that new features provide genuine value.
· You take responsibility for your deliverables and actively participate in discussions with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
· You are persuasive, resilient, and adept at managing diverse stakeholders, including C-level executives.
· You are fluent in both French and English.
