Job Description
Your role
We are looking for a Growth Hacker intern to build and run our outbound acquisition machine. You will automate lead generation, create multi-channel campaigns, and work directly with Sales to convert new opportunities. You'll have complete ownership over our outbound strategy - from picking our tools to writing compelling campaigns to building automated workflows that scale.
A typical week? You might start by analyzing campaign data to spot what's working, write and test new message sequences before lunch, then spend the afternoon building Zapier flows to automatically enrich and score new leads. When something works, you'll be the one scaling it up and documenting the process for future team members.
Your responsibilities

Lead the creation and execution of our outbound strategy, including target industry & persona selection and channel optimization

Design and implement multi-channel outbound campaigns & do the copywriting
·
Build and maintain our growth tech stack, integrating tools to create a seamless:
· lead generation
· nurturing system
· lead scoring
·
Develop automation workflows to save time (lead enrichment at the right moment, email sequences at different moments of our users’ journey)
·
Analyze campaign performance across channels, personas, and industries to continuously optimize results (A/B testing)
·
Create and maintain detailed documentation of all growth processes and workflows
·
Collaborate closely with the Sales team to ensure strategies align with field experience
·
Manage and optimize company LinkedIn profiles for maximum campaign effectiveness
Preferred Experience
Requirements
·
Minimum 6 months in B2B SaaS Growth Hacking Outbound
·
Full working proficiency in English, both written and verbal
·
Strong analytical skills with experience in outbound metrics and KPIs
·
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects
·
Excellence in copywriting and automation implementation
Preferred
·
Based in Paris (FR), San Francisco (USA), or ability to work remote
·
Experience with our tech stack: Attio (CRM), email marketing tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zapier, n8n, Notion, and similar growth hacker outbound automation platforms
·
Immediate availability to start
·
Experience in demo automation or enterprise software industry
