Job Description
At Sekoia.io , we develop a Cyber Threat Intelligence-led XDR platform to protect businesses worldwide against cyber attacks. As we continue to grow, we are looking for our future Office Manager on a fixed term contract to ensure a great work environment for our teams and the smooth daily operation of our workspaces.
Part of the HR team, you will ensure the smooth daily running of our offices, organize key internal events, and manage business travel. You will be the go-to person for all internal organizational questions and the guardian of an outstanding employee experience.
Open position to fill asap for a 9-month duration (until April).
Your missions:
Office Management
·
Manage relationships with landlords and facilities providers (for our Rennes office).
·
Coordinate office layout and renovation works.
·
Handle mail, equipment, office supplies, and building access control.
·
Oversee the c ompany car fleet (dashboard management, coordination with providers and HR).
·
Drive the logistics for onboarding and offboarding employees (tool access, hardware, and equipment management).
Internal Event Planning
·
Lead our internal company seminars/events (from venue selection to post-event review): logistics, transport, accommodation, and vendor management.

Animate the remote community of Sekoians with regular events
·
Organize punctual events that keep our company culture alive (team buildings, team celebrations, afterworks).
Travel & Expense Management — Navan
·
Administer the Navan platform : account creation, rights and delegation management, troubleshooting.
·
Ensure the proper application and communication of our internal travel policy.
·
Control and approve expense reports , ensuring any anomalies are detected.
·
Lead the contractual renewal process with Navan.
HR Onboarding & CSR
·
Organize and lead the onboarding process for new hires from a logistical and human perspective (preparing workspaces, tool access, hardware management, welcome kits) to ensure a seamless integration.
·
Actively participate in tasks and projects related to Corporate Social Responsibility (waste sorting, energy-saving initiatives, internal awareness campaigns, choosing responsible local vendors).
The position is based in Rennes (hybrid) with frequent travel, paid for by the company, to our Paris office.
Your profile:
We are excited to meet you if :

You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-growing startup or scale-up.

You are known for your strong organizational skills , autonomy, and ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with a smile.
·
You are highly tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools: Navan, Notion, Google Workspace (experience with Agicap or Lucca is a definite plus!).
·
You are fluent in French and professional English (written and spoken), as you will interact daily with international teams and providers.
·
You possess excellent interpersonal skills and the natural ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
