Job Description
You'll own affiliate and partnership marketing end-to-end. Finding the right partners, building the relationships, closing the deals, and making sure every partnership actually converts into merchant volume. This is an early hire that comes with real ownership.
What you'll do:

Find and onboard high-impact affiliate partners: fintech newsletters, payments and crypto media, SaaS and e-commerce communities, review platforms

Source and secure partnerships with X creators, YouTubers, and writers who have the ear of founders, agencies, and cross-border sellers
·
Build a referral engine within our merchant base. Our best salespeople are the merchants already getting paid through us
·
Manage creator briefings so every piece of content tells a story that converts, not "another payments company"
·
Track the metrics that matter: CAC, activated merchants per partner, TPV per partner, and overall conversion health

Preferred Experience
The most important thing: you've done this before at a similar stage and you have proof. Beyond that:

High agency, fast execution, strong slope. You learn faster than the market moves
·
You've built or meaningfully grown an affiliate program before, not just managed one someone else set up
·
You have existing relationships with creators, reviewers, or newsletter writers in fintech, crypto, SaaS, or e-commerce. Or you know how to build them quickly
·
Your cold outreach gets replies. You write well and you know how to make a pitch feel personal
·
You understand attribution. You know the difference between a partner who looks good and a partner who actually drives revenue
·
You're comfortable with affiliate platforms like Rewardful, FirstPromoter, or similar
·
You work well without a lot of structure. You set your own priorities and you follow through
·
3+ years ideal. SaaS or fintech, scale across Europe and North America, existing network is a big plus
·
Bonus: you've built your own audience, newsletter, or community at any scale
