Job Description
As an IT Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the security of our organization's information systems and data. This includes tasks such as developing and implementing security policies and procedures, managing security projects, and responding to security incidents. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of information security principles and procedures, as well as strong technical skills
You will report directly to our CISO, and work closely with:

The security team to manage compliance, security, and risks
·
The tech & product teams to help implement security best practices for software development
·
Greenly employees to investigate security alerts .
Your key responsibilities will include :
·
Develop and implement security policies and procedures
·
Manage security projects
·
Respond to security incidents
·
Conduct security assessments, and internal/external audits (maintain SOC2 and ISO27001 certifications )
·
Support pre-sales teams on security-related topics and security assessments
·
Provide security awareness training to employees
·
Manage user rights and permissions on cloud tools
·
Stay up-to-date on the latest information security trends
·
Identify, implement, and improve solutions to detect, mitigate and/or remediate security threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents (SIEM, EDR, SOAR, scanners...) and monitor progress on defined action plans
·
Support & Manage pentest campaigns by external assessors
·
Support development teams in the design of the required security features
·
Train technical teams to integrate security into project management and development .
Preferred Experience
Preferred experience :
·
Master's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field.
·
2-5 years of experience in information security.
·
Knowledge of cybersecurity framework, risk management, incident management, and IT audits.
·
Excellent technical skills, including experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and vulnerability scanning tools.
·
Strong communication and reporting skills.
·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly.
·
Excellent oral and written communication in French and English, and ability to summarize
Note: This position is open to candidates who are willing to work remotely or in our Paris office
Technical stack & Architecture:
Our architecture is structured in microservices and cloud services, and we use Retool, Node.js, TypeScript, NextJS, Postgres, API REST, GitHub Actions, Docker and AWS, GCP, Google Workspace, Heroku, MongoDB.
For compliance and security we use Vanta, Kandji, Datadog
