Kulipa ( kulipa.xyz/ ) helps crypto wallets issue payment cards to their users. Wallets in crypto struggle to find ways to issue payment cards, and people in high inflation countries (e.g. Argentina) struggle to spend their stablecoins - that’s where we come in.

Founded in 2023 by Axel Cateland, Michael Shynar and Karl Vaillant, Kulipa went on to raise 3m with White Star Capital, Fabric Ventures and GSR.

Since then, we integrated with all relevant finance institutions (including Mastercard), launched across 3 continents and are going live with Tier 1 wallets.

Descriptif du poste

Kulipa’s Founder Associate in Finance & Operations will play a decisive role in the early days of the company. You’ll be in charge of structuring and running key internal processes (reporting, accounting, finance and treasury management) as well as helping on funding and internal operations.

This is a unique opportunity to grow alongside a best-in-class founding team (Google, Spendesk, Whatsapp, Binance, Mastercard…), as we build financial products that elevate people living in places suffering from economic instability.

The ideal candidate possesses a versatile skill set: outstanding finance and accounting skills, proficient in quantitative analysis, capable of proactively build and run processes from the ground up.

 Main missions

Overall, you’ll own and structure all the finance pillars of an early stage fintech.

Structure performance reporting & accounting.

· 
Structure, automate and run all finance and treasury management processes.

· 
Own internal ops (accounting, payments, People & Legal ops).

· 
Support grant applications and non dilutive funding processes.

· 
Support on VC fundraising (data room, business plans…).

Profil recherché

· 
Business school graduate (Bac +5 minimum).

· 
Previous experiences in Audit, M&A, PE, VC or as a Financial/ Business analyst. Bonus points for additional startup experiences.

· 
Fluent in Excel, Google Sheet. Bonus points: Tableau, Pigment.

· 
Bilingual in French & English.

· 
Ability to analyze data and solve problems.

· 
Ability to create, structure and automate processes from scratch.

· 
Demonstrated operational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

· 
High level of agency and ownership.

· 
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).

· 
Strong interpersonal skills.

· 
Other bonus points: you already know how blockchains OR payment systems work.
