A nos yeux, les sneakers ont toujours été plus que de simples chaussures. Elles sont notre quotidien, notre histoire, notre culture. Nous sommes les sneakers que nous portons.

MoEa est une marque d'inspiration sportswear qui a vocation a prendre la place des gros joueur de la sneakers en proposant une alternative qui répond vraiment aux enjeux de notre siècle. Nous utilisons des matières innovantes à base de déchets de végétaux : fibres de cactus, maïs, raisins, etc. pour remplacer toute matière polluante et d'origine animale.

Job Description

We believe the future of advertising belongs to brands that can produce more creative, test faster and learn quicker than everyone else. Your mission is simple: Turn creative into MoEa's biggest growth engine.

You will own the entire advertising creative pipeline across Meta and TikTok. Your goal is to help us scale by producing and testing hundreds of ads every month. You will identify trends before others, find winning concepts, source creators, organize productions, brief editors and continuously improve performance.

Long story short, you are here to make content that performs.

Creative Strategy & Analytics

· 
Build and maintain MoEa's creative testing roadmap

· 
Research competitors, trends and emerging ad formats. Analyze winning ads across fashion, sneakers, beauty and DTC brands

· 
Develop new hooks, angles, concepts and storytelling frameworks

· 
Turn performance data into creative insights

Creative Production

· 
Produce and coordinate 200+ ad creatives per month

· 
Source and manage relationships with UGC creators and influencers

· 
Organize ad shoots and content production days

· 
Ensure rapid execution from idea to published ad

· 
Manage the full post-production workflow from raw footage to final ad delivery, coordinating editors / motion designers / freelancers.

Performance Marketing Collaboration

· 
Monitor creative performance, identify winners and scale them

· 
Build iterations of winning concepts, Kill underperforming ideas quickly. Constantly improve creative efficiency

Trend Hunting

· 
Spend hours every week studying TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms

· 
Understand where fashion culture is heading

· 
Identify viral formats before they become mainstream

· 
Bring fresh ideas into the brand every week

Preferred Experience

· 
Experience creating performance creatives for Meta and TikTok

· 
Strong understanding of consumer psychology

· 
Love of Fashion

· 
Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously.

· 
Experience working with creators, UGC or content production

· 
Excellent communication skills in English and French. German is a plus.
