Job Description
Neurobus is a French DeepTech startup developing next-generation autonomous systems powered by neuromorphic AI and event-based sensing technologies. Our solutions enable ultra-low-power, real-time intelligence for aerospace, defense, drone, and space applications.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development & Strategy Intern to work directly with the CEO on strategic, commercial, and operational initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing DeepTech startup operating at the intersection of artificial intelligence, robotics, aerospace, and defense.
Your Responsibilities
Business Development
·
Identify and qualify potential customers in the aerospace, defense, drone, and space sectors.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
·
Support the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings.
·
Contribute to the development and management of Neurobus’ commercial pipeline.
Strategy & Growth
·
Perform strategic analyses to support executive decision-making.
·
Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
·
Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with industrial and institutional stakeholders.
Funding & Innovation
·
Support the preparation of grant applications and innovation funding opportunities (Bpifrance, ESA, EIC, DGA, etc.).
·
Assist in the preparation of investor materials and fundraising activities.
·
Monitor technology trends and emerging market opportunities.
Communication & Representation
·
Prepare presentations and materials for conferences, trade shows, and strategic meetings.
·
Support the creation of content for partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
You will work closely with the founder and leadership team and gain exposure to all aspects of building and scaling a DeepTech company.
Preferred Experience
Education
·
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Business, Engineering, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or related field).
·
Students from leading business schools, engineering schools, or dual-degree programs are encouraged to apply.

Recruitment Process
Step 1 – CV Review
Evaluation of academic background, experience, and motivation.
Step 2 – Introductory Interview (30 minutes)
Discussion with the CEO to better understand your background, interests, and career goals.
Step 3 – Business Case Study
A short take-home assignment involving market analysis, business strategy, or commercial opportunity assessment related to Neurobus' activities.
Step 4 – Final Interview (45 minutes)
Presentation and discussion of the case study, followed by an assessment of your analytical thinking, communication skills, and cultural fit.
