We are looking for skilled Workplace Data analytics to join our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing data analytics solutions to support business operations and decision-making process.

About you

· 
Collect, process, and analyze large sets of data from various sources (Sensors, BMS, Badges IWMS, IOT…)

· 
Formulate and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with the goals of real estate and Workplace.

· 
Create and maintain data models and algorithms to support business decision-making.

· 
Develop and implement data visualization tools and dashboards to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

· 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems through data analysis.

· 
Continuously monitor and improve data quality and accuracy.

· 
Benchmark, assess and compare the performance of facilities.

· 
Accurately forecast and budget utility consumption expenses.

· 
Introduce new features and functionalities leveraging building analytics.

· 
Develop predictive models to forecast real estate utilization, space optimization, and facility maintenance needs.

· 
Implement machine learning algorithms to identify patterns and trends for proactive decision-making.

· 
Stay up to date of emerging technologies in data analytics and integrate relevant tools and platforms into the real estate and facility management processes.

Experience :

· 
Workplace / Facilities Management, Finance related roles.

· 
International background with exposure to multicultural environments is a must.

Technical and Soft skills :

· 
Experience in data analysis and visualization.

· 
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, and R.

· 
Strong understanding of sensor technologies, data analytics, and workplace optimization strategies.

· 
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

· 
Experience with data modeling and machine learning techniques.

· 
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· 
Experience in building technology.

· 
Technical overview in IT systems.

· 
Integrity and high level of ethics.

· 
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· 
Familiarity with real estate databases, property management systems, and facility management software.

Education :

· 
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.

· 
Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in the real estate or Workplace organization.

Languages :

· 
Fluent in English (spoken and written), French is a plus.
