Job description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Budget Management & Optimization
· Manage AP budget phasing and provide solid budget analysis on regular basis to ensure the AP execution accuracy
· Work with Marketing Head on making AP allocation and optimization
· Develop the expense report and make the accrual on monthly basis
· Events Process management Be responsible for patient support program development and management
· Responsible for the event internal process within the company SOP
· Work with brand team to push the internal process to ensure the activity smooth execution
· Support on potential compliance risk assessment, if identifying compliance issues, provide inputs, work with manager on event operation issues
· Lead projects execution, track projects status and manage risks to ensure on-time & high-quality delivery; Monitor program implementation process and to ensure performance achieved and compliance adherence;
· Develop project kits for internal business team training; develop project related materials;
· Organize project training meeting, project summary meeting, internal project discussion meeting, etc
· Provide market/customer insights for project optimization;
· Project management:
· Lead marketing transformational projects and provide project management support
· Cross Functional Communication
· Build strong and effective working relationships with relevant stakeholders, timely communicate with cross-function to smooth program execution
· Other ad hoc projects as assigned by line manager
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
· Finance and budget management background and project management skills; sensitive to numbers, assertive in follow-up/drill down the details in case of ambiguity
· Good and strong communication and good interpersonal skills, good listener, good convincing capability, ability to align buy-in and support
· Strong collaboration skills and able to work with all level of staff
· Courage in facing challenges and maturity to tackle and manage conflict, being resilient under high pressure
· Significant business related travel required
· Logical with good sensitivity and able to resolve problem and courage and wisdom to escalate and seek guidance when necessary,
· Proactive, good sense of responsibility, passionate in supporting the BU’s mission to play to win in the right way
Education:
· Bachelor degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics, finance or auditing is must
· Language:
· English level: fluent
· Mandarin: must be fluent in both written and speaking
Experience & knowledge:
· 2-3 yeas related working experience in marketing, finance function in MNC is preferred.
Above 5 years working experience in pharmaceutical industry; at least 1 year project management or marketing experience
· Professional business operation and analytical skills is required, must be proficient in PPT and excel
