公共设施/动力维护专员

Job description

执行公用系统日常操作，为生产活动提供稳定可靠的生产环境支持，并使符合GMP和HSE的要求，协助公用系统主管对公用系统管理。包括：能源管理、公用设施改进、节能项目推进等的管理。

Execute the routine utility system operator, provide the reliable production environment for the production activity, make it compliance with the GMP and HSE requirement. Assist utility system supervisor in managing utility systems. Including: energy management, utility improvement, and promotion of energy conservation projects.

关键职责

·  负责公用系统（包括：冷冻水，热水，压缩空气，蒸汽等供应系统）日常运行；

Responsible for utility system's(include: chilled water, hot water, plant steam, compressed air, waste water treatment system etc)daily operation.

·  负责空调系统、房间压差、温湿度调试、测试工作；

Responsible for HVAC system, differential pressure, temperature and humidity commissioning, testing work.

·  掌握公用设施（如冷冻机、空压机、空调）的维护保养；

Maintenance of facilities and utilities (include: Refrigerator, Air compressor, AHU ) .

·  负责公用系统所有设施的日常操作运行、巡检、维护;

Support for routine operation and maintenance for utility system

·  支持公用系统的预防性维修，控制和减少水、电能耗等。完成每月水、电、汽的能耗的统计报表；

Support / follow up preventative maintenance for utility system ,control and reduce the consumption of water, electricity, etc. complete the energy consumption report;

·  确保公用系统现场符合5S要求;

Assures for work to meet the 5S requirement in utility area;

·  负责对参与公用系统外部供应商的日常监督，使符合质量和安全的要求;

Supervise the utility work of external supplier to compliant with the quality and HSE requirement;

·  对高故障的设备提出改造建议，并经许可后实施；

Provides suggestions of improvement of high - faulty equipment, implement after

·  作为项目的责任人，与其他部门合作，制定和实施项目；

As project leader to be responsible for cross-department projects, make plan of projects and execute the project

·  参与偏差和投诉的调查，完成调查整改。

Participate in the investigation of deviations and complaints, complete the investigation and rectification.

·  协助公用系统主管进行能源管理、节能改进项目的推进，降低工厂能耗；

Support utility supervisor in advancing the energy management & energy saving project to reduce the energy cost.

·  负责政府能源管理系统的上报；

Responsible for reporting government energy management systems.

·  编写/升级相关SOP，并负责与之相关的设备验证工作；

Write/upgrade related SOPs and be responsible for device verification work related to them;

·  对职责范围（岗位）内的质量和职业健康安全环境工作负责；

Be responsible for Quality and Health-Safety-Environment in my position/workstation.

·  积极完成上级、部门和公司布置的其它工作任务；

Complete other responsibilities from direct manager, department and the company.

Must to have : 最低要求

·  Education教育:

College or university (大专或本科)

·  Professional /Major专业：

机电暖通或相关专业 Mechanical electrical HVAC or related area

·  Experience 经验:

3年以上工作经验Min.3years working experience

适应倒班工作Adapt to shift work

Technical 技能:

·  工作准确性/准时性 Work accuracy and punctuality
·  团队精神Teamwork
·  Language语言: 基本英语读能力 Basic English
·  IT Skill电脑技能: 基本电脑操作Basic IT Skill

·  Education教育:

本科或以上 College or above

·  Professional /Major专业：

机电暖通mechanical electrical HVAC

·  Experience 经验: :

1.Foreign enterprise work experience外企工作经验

2.Experience in maintenance of purified water, circulating water, refrigeration, air conditioning and air compressor systems in related industries.

具有相关行业纯化水、循环水、冷冻、空调空压系统等维保经验。

Better to have : 优先考虑项

良好的英语听、说、读、写能力Good at English reading, writing, listening and speaking

具有GMP知识 Familiar with GMP knowledge

锅炉证Bolier certificate

低压电工操作证Low voltage electrician operation certificate.

高压电工操作证High voltage electrician operation certificate

熟练应用AutoCAD
