Our Team:

We are currently on a journey where we are transforming how we support our Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) teams and are looking for team members who can join us on this exciting journey. 

This person will be a key member of a highly productive team, a collaborative team player, and will work very closely with colleagues in Global Regulatory Operations (GRO).

As a member of the User Support organization, the User Support Specialist is responsible for a variety of important activities which drive the day-to-day strategy and execution of key Regulatory processes. The User Support Specialist partners with teams in Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) and with the central User Support Team to resolve important questions and activities related to use of our Regulatory systems and processes.

Main responsibilities:

·  Executing and improving various GRA User Support procedures including Regulatory system / data support for Users.
·  Driving the creation and implementation of new GRA User Support procedures, including being involved with User Acceptance Testing, Job Aid creation and training creation.
·  Driving the creation and use of measures and metrics for the applicable procedures.

About you

·  Experience:

·  Experience with process execution preferred.
·  Experience with internal or external customer support/service a plus.
·  Experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry a plus.
·  Knowledge and experience in implementing operational metrics, process improvements.

·  Soft skills:

·  Ability to work with multifunctional and multicultural teams.
·  Collaborative team player with orientation towards building and maintaining effective relationships, strong culture awareness.
·  Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and to operate with agility in a dynamic global environment. Dedicated and persuasive “can-do” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
·  Established ability to problem solve user process and data issues. Demonstrated critical thinking.
·  A combination of people skills, operational process understanding, technical acumen, and project coordination skills.
·  Ability to work under pressure, adaptability to change, solve problems and willingness to learn to drive to meet short deadlines and shifting priorities; demonstrates continuous improvement mindset.

·  Technical skills:

·  Experience with Veeva tools and or Veeva Vault/ Regulatory Information Management knowledge RIM a plus.
·  Working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI is desirable).
·  Experience with information management tools preferred.
·  Understanding of the relationship between systems and electronic databases.

·  Education:

·  Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.

·  Languages:

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
