Job Purpose : The role of Trade & Revenue Manager is to design, develop and implement commercial strategies to support the delivery of commercial plans across channels. Monitor channel investment through using of tools and analytical insights.
Key Accountabilities :
•Responsibility for Commercial Policy - preparation and implementation
•Ownership of IBP process – preparation Sell-in and Ex-fa sales forecast based on Sell-out assumption and actual SIT
•Ownership of pricing process
•Cooperation with wholesalers (trade agreements - annexes, settlements, price lists, special offers, new products, letters regarding other commercial areas)
•Governance process of settlements with clients
•Lead GTN accrual process
•Evaluation of channels and customers performance and opportunities
•Monitoring return on trade investments, stock and sell-in data by customer
•Monitors targets achievement and commercial offers related to targets
•Act as a point of contact with Commercial & Finance to ensure accuracy of management and financial posting
•Development of analytics procedure that identifies revenue growth opportunities
•Contributing to the Trade Strategy in terms of Channel, Commercial policy and Route-to-market
•Partner with the Customer hub team, Finance and Customer Service Team
•Cooperation with internal and external auditors - audit dedicated to the Revenue Management
•Engagement with regional and global projects dedicated to the commercial and revenue management
•Coordination of work of the in country Trade & Revenue Analyst

Requirements :
•Minimum 3 years experience in Revenue Management in pharma
•University degree in econometrics, economics or engineering
•Highly collaborative with all cross functional partners
•Strong analytical thinking, action planning and organizing
•Excellent Excel knowledge as a must
•Fluent in English
