ABOUT THE JOB

Our Team

Clinical Supply Chain is the department in charge to define the drug manufacturing plan and the best label, pack and distribution strategy, as part of the Sanofi R&D: it’s 450 people shipping 950 000 kits in 56 countries, on a global scope, covering Pharma and Vaccines.

To serve this ambition, our Digital Clinical Supply Chain Team is today composed of 10 people.

Our goal is to build and operate digital products to deliver our drugs to patients, optimizing lead times and dispensiation rates.

Our backbone is based on a vendor solution (Signant Health) highly connected to its eco-system (IRT, LIMS, etc.) and managed by the Operation Team.

This position is a part of this team.

Main responsibilities

As a Functional/Technical Expert, S(H)e delivers Functional and Technical analysis and expertise for digital Technology products in the Clinical Supply Chain Operations domain.

S(H)e also leverages expertise to solve complex functional or technical daily problems.

The scope of responsibilities cover local site in Montpellier (plants and laboratories) and Solution deployed for a global business process.

Specific responsibilities

·  Acts as Authority for his/her domain of functional/technical expertise
·  Support Sanofi for audits and inspections involving computerized systems, meeting applicable quality, regulatory (Data privacy, GxP, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements
·  Orchestrate support of automated systems, computers, and PLC hardware (i.e., IOT, lab equipment) installations with third parties
·  Coordination of contractors, execution of site change controls
·  Identify and manage solution enhancements
·  Lead/Contributes to projects as a bridge between global and local organization & solution expert
·  Contributes actively to Operational excellence: Facilitating risk management and conducting/contributing to problem root causes analysis, knowledge transfer, etc.

ABOUT YOU

As an experienced Functional/Technical experts, you have a strong customer orientation, knowledge of supply chain and regulated systems (GxP, SOX, etc.). You are a problem solver and proactive to lead projects and challenge the status quo.

Experience

·  Experience in operating production and distribution systems
·  Have experience in project management

Soft skills

·  Capacities to understand the business needs and translate into effective Digital solutions
·  Problem solver
·  Communication skills and appetite to manage transversally
·  Capacity to work in crisis mode

Technical skills

·  Have a good knowledge on technologies used (operating systems, database management systems, network equipment)
·  SQL, Java
·  BI (Power BI, Qlik sense)
·  Reporting (Jaspersoft)
·  Monitoring (Splunk)

·  New technologies friendly (IOT, AR)

Languages

·  English (Fluent)
·  French (Fluent)
