Our Team:
Sanofi Business Operations, one of the 4 pillars of Sanofi’s Business Transformation organization, is setting up a new captive Business Services centre in Bogotá to provide Finance & Accounting (Account-to-Report, Customer-Invoicing-to-Cash) as well as Employee oriented (Employee Experience) services to the regions USA and Latin America (except Brazil).
Our Order to Cash (O2C) team aims for excellence, equipping Sanofi with a robust core model, seconded with best of breed digital solutions embedding artificial intelligence and machine learning functionalities.

Our function at a glance:
Our O2C team to handle the following activities:
· Master data Management
· Sales orders Management
· Requests and Disputes Management
· Credit Risk and Credit Data Management
· Collections and Customer Contact Management
· ash Application and Receivables Management
· AR related Month-end Closing, Reporting
· Non-trade Invoice Management
These operations are critical for Customer & patients’ products fulfilment, accurate accounting, generating cash flow, customer satisfaction
· Master data management: Owns the operational master data management such as master data creation and maintenance in the relevant systems mainly SAP ERP. It covers various data like customer master data and all type of data allowing process efficiency in the sales orders and disputes management. Contributes to improve service to customers through the proper maintenance of commercial conditions and pricing master data. Ensure that satellites tools containing commercial conditions are consistent.
· Sales orders management / Order processing: Responsible for customer orders administration to achieve the agreed upon service level required for order cycle time, % perfect orders, etc. By analysing, resolving the issues in case of block using established procedures with the appropriate justification engaging with other related functions according to target lead time you will directly contribute to deliver ana positive customer experience.
· Requests and disputes management: Responsible for managing requests and disputes from customers. Registers the cases in systems and classifies them according to the classification matrix. Performs a first analysis to analyse and resolve within fixed service level target time.

· Experience : +2 years of experience working in similar positions, on multinational, BPO or Call Center.
· Technical skills : Advanced excel skills (pivot tables, V-look ups, macros, etc), SAP, S4 Hana
· Education : Bachelor’s degree is required
· Languages : Advanced English and Spanish. French would be plus.
